Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Timeframe: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as received. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  3. Packaging: The item must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure safe transit and ensuing the product is returned in an unmarked resellable condition.
  4. Exclusion: Refunds will not be provided for items purchased during a sale or promotional period.

Petrol Pumps Carriage and Restocking Fee:

In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for covering the carriage cost. 

A restocking fee may also be applied to cover the expenses associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be communicated to the customer upon initiating the refund process.

How to Initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at refund@retropetrolpumps.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide information on the carriage and restocking fees.
  4. Pack the product securely in its suitable packaging and send it back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the conditions are met, we will process the refund, deducting the carriage and restocking fees. Please allow 28 days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
